Mr.Aguilar is a great attorney, one of the best attorneys I have had, and I've had quite a bit (my younger days) very understanding, and doesn't sugar coat anything. He's definitely a REAL ONE! He explained things clearly and outlined what i needed to do. And always gets back to me in a timely manner. So I had a pretty serious DUI case due to the circumstances of my case, and they didn't file on me until 11 months, mind you they have 12 months to file on you, or it's thrown out. Well by then I moved out of state with my wife and 2 kids. So I called Mr.Aguilar, which he has represented my wife in the past, so I was familiar with how good of a lawyer he was. He represented me in court while I was out of state, I flew in last month so we can wrap things up after 8 months of him prolonging my case for me while I was trying to get situated in another state.
